Was invited to POSB Passion Running Clinic to on saturday the purpose is to let the children learn more about the techniques of running to get themselves ready for
the Run! Well is only limited to the first 100 children only! And we are the lucky one.. haha.. It was held at Anchorvale Community Club, 9 Anchorvale Road the run clinic starts at 4pm but we have to report at 3.30 some light refreshments was provided. Guess what the most important is the running clinic is FREE!!!
What else we Mummy and Daddy are invited too! Isn't it great! ^_^
While the kids are at the Running Clinic, we parents attend a parenting talk conducted by Focus on the Family. The talk highlights the important components of building a happy family and equips us with a variety of practical tools for
raising children. I personally find that the talk is very useful, i have learned alot from it now i know the correct way to communicate with my kids.
