Thou i am not feeling well on that day am glad that i manage to finished the run :), am happy to join the run this year to show my support for cancer patients and survivors.

1 in 4 Singaporeans dies of cancer!
12 people die from cancer every day!
24 people are diagnosed with cancer every day!

Race Against Cancer is an annual event organised by the Singapore Cancer Society to raise fund for the those who are battling cancer.

Every dollar will go a long way towards giving our needy cancer patients hope for a better tomorrow.

I will definitely join Race Against Cancer Run in 2012!

Tra The Right Approach (Weight Management Programs)

Today office organise a Corporate Health Event. Only 10 staffs attend. We did a simple scanning to see the amount of fats in out body. Well nobody take up the programe maybe is because they don't know how true it is.

Well the health talk bazaar to educate all employees on raising the awareness of increasing population in cancer and obesity- related diseases. As we know, BMI is no
longer a perfect marker of obesity as one ages - waistline (tummy fat) may be a more important measure.
